Outcall is the default on Mykonos. Most visitors are staying in a villa or a hotel with a view they have paid a great deal for, and few want to leave it. The logistics, however, are less straightforward than on the mainland.
Addresses on Mykonos are unreliable
This is the single biggest practical problem. Many villas have no usable street address, road signage is sparse, and mapping applications regularly place pins in the wrong valley. A companion given only an address will get lost.

Travel time and the rate
Island travel is normally included within a reasonable radius, but a request that involves crossing the island in peak August traffic is a genuine imposition on time. Booking a longer duration is the usual accommodation, and it is fairer to everyone.
Confirming on the day
Confirm in the morning for an evening booking. Plans on Mykonos shift with boats, weather and long lunches, and a quick check saves a wasted journey across an island where a wasted journey costs an hour.
