Complaints
EscortFox takes all feedback and complaints seriously. If something has not met your expectations — whether relating to the quality of an introduction, a companion’s conduct, or our own communications — we want to hear from you so we can put it right.
1. How to Reach Us
The most direct way to raise a concern is to call or message us. Our team is available daily, noon until late:

If you prefer to put your complaint in writing, you may use the contact form on our website. Please include as much detail as possible — date and nature of the issue, the companion involved if applicable, and your preferred method of response.
2. Our Process
We follow a straightforward three-step process:
- Acknowledgement. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours of receiving it.
- Investigation. We will look into the matter and, where appropriate, speak with the companion or parties involved. This typically takes 3–5 business days.
- Resolution. We will provide a written response with our findings and any remedial action taken within 10 business days of receiving your complaint. Complex cases may take a little longer; if so we will let you know.
3. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to the relevant Greek consumer authority or, for data-related matters, to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA).
4. Anonymous Feedback
You may provide feedback anonymously if you prefer. While this limits our ability to follow up with you directly, all anonymous feedback is reviewed and used to improve our service.
